Các tiêu chuẩn gia công CNC thường được sử dụng cho khuôn vẽ
Trải dài gia công chết is an indispensable process equipment for dập production, and it is a technology-intensive product. The complexity of the machining structure will inevitably lead to the complexity of the shape of the mold parts. The following explains the knowledge about the commonly used CNC standards for drawing mold machining. |
(1) Characters and codes
Character is a term about information exchange, it is some symbols used to represent data. The characters used in the stretching die machining program include letters, numbers and decimal points, symbols (plus and minus signs) and functional characters (program start, end, etc.). The numerical control system only receives binary information. People encode characters so that each character corresponds to an 8-bit binary number. This encoding is often called a code.
(2) Program segment
A statement in the program segmental CNC stretching die machining program, which is used to specify the machine tool to complete a certain action or function. When writing, displaying and printing, generally each program segment occupies one line, and the main body of the stretching die machining program is composed of several program segments.
(3) Block format
The block format refers to the arrangement of words, characters and data in the block. At present, the stretch die machining program uses a program segment format with variable word addresses, which is also called word address format. The program segment is composed of several words. The beginning of the word is an English letter, called the address of the word. The function type of the word is determined by the address; the words that have been determined in the previous program segment and do not need to be changed in this program segment are still valid. No longer given; the length of each word is not fixed, the length of each block and the number of words are variable; in the block, the sequence of words is not strictly required.
(4) The format of the conventional machining program.
The conventional drawing die machining program is composed of a start character, a program name, a program body and a program instruction, and there is an end character at the end of the program. The beginning of the program is the same as the end character.
The designer of the drawing die machining first conceives the shape, performance and general technical parameters of the product, and finally transfers the drawing die machining to the manufacturing process.
