(1) Characters and codes

The numerical control system only receives binary information. People encode characters so that each character corresponds to an 8-bit binary number. This encoding is often called a code.
(2) Program segment

When writing, displaying and printing, generally each program segment occupies one line, and the main body of the stretching die machining program is composed of several program segments.
(3) Block format
The block format refers to the arrangement of words, characters and data in the block. (4) The format of the conventional machining program.
